Today I have tried Chinese speciality Tremella fuciformis.

My little friend Jingwen made me very curious so I had to try it.

Even though she had added sugar. And I don’t eat sugar, at all. None. Zip. Zero. Nada.

 

But when she told me that this mushroom, very expensive one, boost immunity I had to try it 🙂

And if you know the taste of cooked apples without cinnamon than you can imagine this taste. Compote. Texture is something else.

New experience, so nice.
